Why roast a resume against a job posting
A resume is never good or bad on its own. It is good or bad for a specific job. Paste the posting and the roast goes after the gap: the skills the posting repeats three times that your resume never names, the results that would matter to this hiring manager and are missing, the summary that does not say which job you are after.
The score uses the same four dimensions as a LinkedIn review: summary or headline, the opening profile, experience, and clarity. Duty lists score low. Achievements with numbers score high. Where you have no number, the Fix Pack writes [add number] so you can fill it in rather than inventing one.
Nothing is stored beyond the text, and the text is deleted within 24 hours. The PDF itself is deleted the moment the text is extracted.
Questions
Does it check ATS keywords?
It checks whether the skills and results the posting asks for appear in your writing, which is most of what a keyword scan does. It is not an ATS simulator and does not claim to be.
Does the Fix Pack rewrite a resume?
It rewrites your summary, your experience bullets around outcomes, and gives three headline options you can use as the resume title line or your LinkedIn headline. The five posts are for LinkedIn.
Is it really free?
Yes. The score, the roast and the share card cost nothing and need no email. Only the Fix Pack, which rewrites your profile, is $19 one time.
What happens to my file?
We extract the text and delete the PDF immediately. The text and your results are kept for 24 hours so your link works, then deleted. Paid Fix Packs are kept for good.
Do you scrape LinkedIn?
No. You upload the PDF LinkedIn makes for you, or paste the text. We never log in to LinkedIn or visit your profile.
